Customer bookings

Booking a slot through Nooquu is free for customers — no payment is collected at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the business directly using the phone number shown on your booking confirmation, as they manage their own slots and availability.

Business subscription plans

Businesses can upgrade to our Paid plan (see Pricing) for ₹499/month, billed in advance through Cashfree Payments.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription any time from your business dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; your paid plan benefits continue until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, since access to paid features (unlimited bookings, priority placement, analytics) is granted immediately on payment.
• Failed or duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, or a payment failed but was still debited from your account, contact us with your order/payment reference and we'll investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade from Paid to Free, this takes effect from your next billing date — we don't offer partial-month refunds for the remaining period.

How to request a refund

Write to us via our Contact Us page with your registered business email and payment/order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where a refund is due, process it within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Cashfree.
