These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Nooquu (https://nooquu.com), a platform that lets customers discover and book appointment slots with barbers, salons and spas, and lets those businesses manage their bookings online. By using Nooquu, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Nooquu is operated from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can reach us any time using the details on our Contact Us page.

2. Using Nooquu as a customer

• You can browse listed businesses and book an available slot free of charge.
• You're responsible for providing accurate name and phone number when booking, since businesses use these to confirm or contact you about your appointment.
• A booking is a request for a slot at the listed business; the business is responsible for honouring, rescheduling or declining it, and for the service delivered.
• Please arrive on time for your slot. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

3. Using Nooquu as a business

• You may register your business, list your services and pricing, set your working hours, and manage bookings through your dashboard.
• You're responsible for keeping your service list, pricing and availability accurate and up to date.
• Nooquu offers a Free plan and a Paid subscription plan; see our Pricing page for current plan details and pricing in INR.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
• We may suspend or remove a business listing that provides false information, engages in fraud, or repeatedly fails to honour confirmed bookings.

4. Payments

All payments on Nooquu (such as paid subscription plans for businesses) are processed through Cashfree Payments, a licensed third-party payment gateway. Nooquu does not store your card, UPI or bank account details. See our Refunds & Cancellations page for our cancellation and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false bookings, scraping listings, attempting to bypass security, or using Nooquu for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

Nooquu is a booking platform that connects customers with independent businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services delivered by listed businesses. To the extent permitted by law, Nooquu's liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the subscription fees (if any) paid by you in the preceding month.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nooquu after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
